FTR_create_Letter of Credit_Description of Goods & Services Text in Output Print Form

Hello Experts, 

we have a requirement to print the content filled in Description of Goods and/or Services in Structure tab in FTR_Create Tcode used for creating Letter of Credit (LC). This content is to be printed in output form

we could see the description content filled in FTR_create tcode in table TLCT_NOTE field note content. However we could not read this text and get printed in output form developed in smartform. 

Could you please advise on the logic to read this text (in LC description) and get it printed in output form developed using smartform.
