I was windering if the free text of barcodes could be shown on an invoice?

It is probably possible, but you are going to have to tell us what you mean with "shown on an invoice".

The invoice form? Printed invoice? Crystal Report?

It is for a PLD invoice. I have it setup to show itemcode and/or subCatNum along with the dscription

Hi Jonathan,

You can accomplish this like this:

1. Find out what the table is of the 'List of Bar Codes' window (View menu > System Information on > hover mouse cursor over a field in the window > see bottom left corner of the B1 client).
2. Add a data label to the PLD, where you want to show the free text.
3. Choose the table from the 'Table' drop down. If it is not on the list, hold down the ALT key, and then open the drop down.
4. In the 'Relate to' field, choose the Barcode label.
5. test.
