Free Goods in PO

Dear All,

I have scenario kindly help me out for this,

i created an import PO for import material i ticked the free goods and add the conditions (frieght in values and freight in %) in the header. i recieved the goods through MIGO which shouldn't create accounting document thats fine but when go to MIRO system is not pulling up the conditions in the MIRO screen even the tab of MIRO screen on Planned delivery costs. kindly support me for this scenario. i want to recieve good free of charge but i want to pay the planned delivery charges.

Hi,

I think you need to provide the account assignment details in the MIRO screen. Then it may pull the conditions from the PO.

Hi mohemmad,

have u checked GR nonvaluated indicator for PO ?

if this is set no accounting document generated at the time of GR,

and check the IV indicator is set or not ?

check the vendor schema group and purchasing schema groups are asigned or not ?

kindly clarify me more while saying me what to do because i tried all possible ways in MIRO its not picking up the planned delivery cost from the PO header for the item line with free goods indicator check.

Hi,

if u check the GR-non valuated indicator at PO,

u have to put an account assignment iresspective of PO,

means account assignment is changable,
