Forward the work item to another user who is not a 'possible agent' in a workflow sense.

Hi expert,

I want to forward a work item to another person directly in my Fiori App inbox, but when I use the "Forward" button, I can't find the user after clicking Search.

I tried this through SBWP in SAPGui, the following message popped up and still clicked on "Forward anyway" and the work item was successfully transmitted.

In order to be able to transfer the WI to all users, I defined the task as "General forwarding allowed".

Is it possible to forward the Work item to all users on the My Inbox Fiori App not only to the possible agents of the task?

I can't speak to Fiori, but if you make your agent assignment 'General Task' you should be able to forward it to anyone. There is a downside to this strategy in that every workflow task could possibly go to every user in your SAP system, so be sure you have rules in place to ensure that they only get routed to the correct people.

Can you check if the user you are trying to search has the same authorization as the user which appears on the list?

Note that Fiori Authorisations work separately from the backend authorization. Try to put a trace and see if you can get some error or SU53 errors?
