Formatting routine key for printing addresses Korea 017

Dear Madam and Sir,

In our SAP ERP Roll out to South Korea we face the Issue that the Region (KNA1-REGIO) in not considered by the SAP Standard Address Version 017.
Our Korean Staff and the Korean SAP Consultant told us that the Region need to be printed before field CITY1 in the same line if the Region end with -do.

Our consultant told us that other Korean Companies maintain the Information of the Region also in field CITY1. That solution cannot be taken,

as we have previous and subsequent systems. Also the field District is no good solution, as it will be printed behind field City.
