check with these note
715714 - Document Settings are saved when exiting SAP Business One
1. make sure you are logged out from your super user account.
2. log in to the user(client) you want to set the form settings. the permission overrides window prompts you.
3. now provide your username and password (Super User)
4. form setting window is displayed. do what any changes you want
Note: you have to remember this when making a form setting. as a super user you should only have one log-in instance when doing form settings.

Hi.
SAP notes suggest note 175714 and 1304025 for the problem, change the form setting.
They say, If you want to do not change the form setting, no use the top page 'X' and no use same user log in sap at the same time.
This is clear sap application problem. From 2005 to 90. But not change it.
Olny have a solution, that is user education or say to guide.

Hi Ramasamy,
1) make sure that respective(child) user is logged off when you are transferring form settings from one user to another user through user master window
2) if you are making changes in the same user login, then log of from SAP immediately after making changes each window through proper way.
By File+Exit Or through Administration > Choose Company
then only it will saved to permanent table.
Thanks
