Regarding missing customer data - a customer is assigned to a plant in SPRO Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Set up Stock Transport Order -> Define Shipping Data for Plants

Technically, the customer assigned to a plant is stored in T001W-KUNNR.

It looks like in your case the customer 2102 is assigned to the plant NZE3, but the customer master data is not created. You either need to assign a correct customer number to the plant or create missing customer master data.

2.Supplying plant NZE1(Customer No 2101), Sales org-NESO,DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL-N1 &DIVISON NZ Maintained in spro for shipping data for plants
