My understanding the information is stored in the table PLMK .

In S/4HANA Cloud the table PLMK is used in the CDS view I_BOOCharacteristic but this view is not currently released

Please submit a feature request by following the KBA 2963059 ( https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2963059 )

if you woud like it release in a future release
