FO has the balance amount but still showing target value get exceeded.

Co target value 1000 rs and FO created with 1000 rs.i have done SES of 500rs.my balance amount is 500 rs.Now i mark the delivery completion indicator.save the FO.

Now I want to remove the delivery completion indicator but it showing Target value get exceeded by 1500 rs

Please help to resolve
