FM: FI_CGI_DMEE_EXIT_W_BADI doesn't exist

In the t-code DMEE the FM: FI_CGI_DMEE_EXIT_W_BADI doesn't exist in the system.

what the solution in this case?

Is I should create the same FM in custom Function group? or there's another solution.

I'm newby in SAP my question how I could add it or install it in the system please?

Ask your admins to implement the missing notes (with transaction SNOTE - Applying SAP Notes)
