FM - BUDCON report for Only Opex Commitment items

Dear All,

My client requirement is to prepare the report which should have only Actuals for GL accounts. They wanted to exclude the PR, PO as it does not bring any accounting entries and they expecting same Budcon layout of the report. I have copied the budcon report in GRR2 and changed it as Z report. I copied the standard library, report group and named them as Z. Now the question is, Even if i copied the report layout of budcon, i am not getting the same layout.

Could you please advise that, how to rectify the mistakes and bring same layout of the report.
Note: After we copy the Budcon report and changed the columns as per our requirement and saved, When we execute the report, the same columns of std report will appear. Hence we copy the library, report group and maintain it as Z.

Hello - I am not seeing any screen shots; would you please re-upload? I assume you copied the report from transaction FMRP_RW_BUDCON?

We use standard FM report FMRP_RFFMEP1AX to report on actuals (value type 57) which excludes PRs & PO's (value types 50, 51)

I have added the below screenshots of FM Budcon with the client requirement. They require original budget, current budget, Actuals (consist of only FI Accounting transactions), Available amount in std budcon layout format. Kindly help me to fix the report layout issue. I am already maintained the ZFM (Library) and Report group ZFMC which are copied from standards.
