Flexible Workflow Service Entry Sheet Issues

Hello,

I'm facing some issues while performing the flexible workflow for Service Entry Sheet.

I did all the customizing parts using SAP documentation : https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_ON-PREMISE/af9ef57f504840d2b81be8667206d485/fbe6601163b94f0787d...

However, after creating my flexible workfow with the app Manage Workflow for Service Entry Sheet - Lean Services, I still get this message when creating a service entry sheet with the app Manage Service Entry Sheets :

My document is in Status "In process (10)". However, the approval status is "Workflow not yet started". Therefore, I don't receive an approval request in my Inbox.

The customizing for the flow seems to be all good and the workflow is active.

How can I fix this issue ?

Please check SPRO

Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Service Procurement - Lean Services -> Flexible Workflow for Service Entry Sheets - Lean Services -> Activate Flexible Workflow for Service Entry Sheets - Lean Services.

If it's activated, you can either check transactions SWEQADM or SWIA.
