flexible workflow for incomplete CMR's

Hello.

we startet to implement flexible workflows for sales documents(credit memo requests).

The system has also Incompleteness checks enabled e.g. hkont etc. must be maintained for each lineitem.

To my suprise the system calls are:

• Press save - no numer is drawn

  

• CMR_APM_REASON is called, and there is also no number drawn:

• => No. way to check if its not incomplete - we are force to the APM_REASON. We don't have all fields to call COD_SALESORDER_SIMULATE

• Pop-up to the user:
  

• IF the user is pressing "YES". Workflow is starting with an incomplete CMR. Can't be changed till workflow is done.

So the question is - why is APM_REASON called before the incomplete check?
Why is it called for incomplete items at all?
