Fixed time in recipe phase in process order

I am using SAP1 as the standard value in the resource /work center. In the recipe in the phase when I use this resource, the system uses Machine time to calculate the duration of the operation. Machine time = 30 Minutes for base quantity of 1. If my process order is for 100 Qty, then the total processing time is 100X30 minutes= 3000 Minutes. The business has a requirement that some of the times are fixed time and they are not dependent on a lot size of the order , for Example cleaning time = 10 minutes. In such case the total processing time = Machine time X operation Qty + Fixed time = 30X100+10 = 3010 minutes. How to configure this ?

You can try to use a separate activity as 'cleaning time' as it is fixed only at specific times.

yes Agree , but how to construct the formula? SAP002 will not work right since is Lot dependent?

Hello, So you should create a separated activity which uses a Formula for fixed time. First create a Zparameter to represent the fixed time ( the 10 min) and then create a ZFormula which uses only this parameter, "Cleaning time", as you want to call it. OPK3 transaction for Process industries. This is a valid option for respond to the requirement
