Fixed Assets in SAP Business One 9.1

Hi Experts,

Please advise me, how do you add the Land in your fixed assets master? I have already added the land into my FA but I couln'd track it into FA report.

Configurations are;

Acc. Determination;

Asset Class:

Depreciation Type;

Asset Master

have you capitalized the asset.

Hi Vinoth,

It is an opening asset(part of OB), I have imported the asset via "Data Import Feature", and I have put the capitalization date also. However, other asstes are ok, except Land. It doesn't appear in the FA report.

Thing is, Land is not applicable to depreciation.
