every time I need to click ADAPT FILTERS and add new field.
Is there any menu where I can set default ADAPT FILTERS field?
pls advise.

Hi，
You can save your prefer the filter via the View management like below shows.
Please note if the filter name contains '*' it means current changing does not save.
