Our customer has S4HANA but does not know about Fiori launchpad, is there additional license cost for our customer to activate Fiori Launchpad or is this embedded in S4H?

for the cloud solution there is no access to the backend and only Fiori.

I assume from the question your customer is using S4HANA on premise?
