Hi All,
We currently have the Import Sales Order (App ID F4293) application up and running in our production system. This is working fine by standard functionality, but our business users have requested an improvement.
In Import Sales Order, there is a template that is downloaded and used by users to input their sales order data before being imported in the application.
Certain Columns that are required need to be filled manually (since business copy pastes data from a reference)
*Sales Order (Temporary ID) and Item (Temporary ID)
I have created a formula which auto fills these fields for the user.
Now the question is if there is a way to update the excel that is being downloaded from the fiori app and replace it with an updated one I have amended which includes this formula.
I have already reached out to our development team regarding this, but they are still familiarizing themselves with this process. Any helpful insight is much appreciated (where to look, transaction codes to visit)
