FIORI ESS MSS Overtime quota request: no details in Inbox for request

Hi community,

I implemented "My overtime requests" (App-ID F4939) and "Approve Overtime requests" (App-ID F4937). First app works just fine. Workflow starts, workitem for manager is created. Manager finds the workitem in his Inbox. The problem: he does not see details for the request in the inbox (as for the absence request, he can see details). Also Button "Open task" does not work. A new tab opens but screen is empty.

I followed these steps several times. The SWFVISU record already existed and I compared it with another system. It seems to be correct.

Hi Chris,

I guess the missing Paramter entries are the key. They are mandatory for LeaveRequest and TimeEvents, however, the are not mentioned for the Overtime Approvals. Once I added them, the details popped up.

Hi Stefan, unfortunately not! At the moment, I don't need to solve it, but sooner or later, I will have to solve it. I will let you know, in case I have a solution. Please do the same.
