Fiori app equivalent to transaction MRN3 in S/4HANA Public Edition?

Does SAP S/4HANA Public Edition have a Fiori app equivalent to transaction code MRN3?
If yes, please provide:

・App name
・App ID

I was not able to find that the equivalent functionality exists in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

I compared the relevant help articles:

Lowest Value Determination Help (S/4HANA): 

"The system provides various procedures for lowest value determination:

Lowest Value Determination Based On Market Prices

Lowest Value Determination Based On Range of Coverage

Lowest Value Determination Based On Movement Rate

Lowest Value Determination: Loss-Free Valuation"

Lowest Value Determination Help (S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition):

"The functionality for lowest value determination enables you to find the lowest value based on:

• Market prices

• Range of coverage

• Movement rate"

The relevant Best Practice for this functionality is BEJ (Inventory Valuation for Year-End Closing (BEJ_US)).

I compared the test scripts for the Private Edition vs the Public Edition for BEJ.

The Public Edition version of BEJ omits the Loss-Free Valuation:

Finally, I checked with Joule for Consultants and here was the final response summary:

"Note: Based on the available information, there is no direct Fiori app equivalent for transaction MRN3 in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition."

I would recommend to create an Influence Request on the SAP Influence Portal
