Fiori and ADFS did only work with a refresh F5 button in the Browser

we are using a public URL to Access the Fiori that is behind a Load Balancer and Webdisptacher (provided from SAP RISE). This is only the Problem on the sandbox and Quality System. Production works directly without refresh.

Is there any Parameter that can be optimized ?

Go to sicf => external Alias => /fiori => edit => Tab Logon Data => scroll down to Logon Procedure => set saml logon to 1. => save
