Finite Scheduling not working during production order.

Dear Experts,

I want to activate finite scheduling at production order level but system is not suggesting new start date and finish date. System is also not picking shift when finite scheduling. I have maintained all necessary configuration and work center master data. Also attaching screenshot for points:

1) Tick mark for finite scheduling in work center

Hello

Please follow the steps outlined in the following note to avoid error message CY831:

334455 - Message CY831 for availability check

In addition to that, the capacity availability check of an order always considers only the basic load on any work center.

If the capacities have not been confirmed / committed, the system shows that there is enough capacity available for the order. To evaluate the basic load, transaction CM07 with overall profile SAPSFC010 is the a better option.
