Finding the Header Notes for Purchase Requisition

Hi experts,

I need to create a custom Data Model using the data source Purchase Requisition. However, the data source I_PurchaseRequisitionItemAPI01 and its association _PurchaseRequisition which I am currently using, does not contain the field Header Notes. Where can I find the field?

Dear Customer, In the current release, there is no CDS view released to contain the text releated information.
