Dear Community,
I have a question about the timesheet in S/4. I would like to record time on a WBS element. In order to do so I tried to add the task to my list. However, when I tried to find the specific WBS element (we have hundreds of them) I could not find it with the search help. The search help only shows the WBS's that are initially loaded in the search screen. Is there a better way to find a specific WBS element in the timesheet app? Or could we prefill the task list with all WBS elements with a specific attribute?
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Esmee

Thanks @Feras, I will look into the customer influence request.
One extra question. Do you have a user friendly way of entering multiple (40-60 WBS elements per week) into the tasklist in timesheet? With professional services you can link the user to a project but that feature is not (yet) available for ePPM projects. Our customer posts hours to a lot of small WBS elements each week and manually entering the list is time consuming and not user friendly.

Hi g.gompelman-kooima ,
You may consider extensibility scenarios that suit your requirement. Below is a similar example of Quick Time Entry for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Time Recording:
https://extensibilityexplorer.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/ExtensibilityExplorer/#/ExtScenario/21
Alternatively, you may explore RPA scenarios in the case of EPPM and refer to the below scenario as a source to extend on:

Lastly, although less user friendly, you may look into building a simple VBA program using microsoft excel and the API released for workforce timesheets.

Hope this helps.

Hello Esmee, are you following BP Scope ID J11 or 1Q4 for time recording?

Hi g.gompelman-kooima ,
This seems like a candidate customer influence request:

Alternatively, you may look into side-by-side extensibility and build a custom timesheet whereby you could apply search rules.
Hope this helps.
