Hello Josh,
You are referring to a standard functionality of SAP PM/EAM.
To have the components populated from the Maintenance plans, do the following
(I assume all the config is there already)
1. Access the relevant maintenance plan.
2. Get the information, what Task List is used there.
It may also happen, you have a maintenance plan w/o a Task List.
If this is the case, you need to create one and then go to the point 3.
3. Go to the Task List, operations list. Add components to the operations.
4. Generate new Work Orders based on this maintenance plan. They will have operations & components assigned.
Alternatively: you can create ad-hoc Work Orders and still use these task list & components.
Once WO is created go to Extras - Task List Selection and you can assign those there.
Cheers,
Dan

Hello @JoshCotton ,
You can do it in task list operation screen where you will find the component button.
Once you click the component button, you will navigate to the component tab where you can assign the spare parts.
Save it. Once you assign the task list to the maintenance plan and trigger the order, the components (spare parts) will be copied to maintenance order.
