I have replaced a computer with a new Windows 11 system. I installed SAP GUI 7.70 and everything is working except one favorite, which is named ZFPCJ - NNWW Custom Cash Desk
A second system replaced at the same time works fine, but this one none of the users can access this favorite to work. I haven't been able to find anything in any logs or trace files that show what or where the file it is looking for is. I can verify there is no firewall issue as if I change the host's IP address it fully loses the ability to log into SAP GUI until I change it back to the IP allowed through the firewall.
If I create a shortcut to that favorite on the desktop it ends up containing this text.

Will try to attach as much info as I can find. Any help would be appreciated. I had inititially installed SAP GUI 7.40, removed and installed it again. I then removed it again and installed 7.70 and when I go into options and check the system it reports the install is good.
