FIFO - valuation based on Valuation Type

Hi,

I activated FIFO at Company Level.

My Customer has some materials managed at Split valuation.
We have 2 split valuation: The first "VAL_COM" is valorized at standard price. The second "NN_VAL_COM" is always valorized at zero, because the stock are asset-

When I run the Tcode MRF1 the system calculate the total stock summed both of split valuation "NN_VAL_COM" and "VAL_COM". In this way the final result of FIFO is wrong.

I have seen that in the table MYMFT there is the field "Valuation Type"(BWTAR) but in my case is always blank.

Is there some method to exclude the stock in split valuation "NN_VAL_COM" of the FIFO Calculate or manage the calculation of FIFO split in Valuation type?

Thanks

Update: I tried to read the code behind MRF1 and in my humble opinion, it seems that not updating "Valuation Type" in table MYMFT is SAP standard logic(as shown in the attached screenshot).

@SSharon  Hi Sharon, did you find the root cause and solution? We're facing the same issue, can you kindly share your updates on this topic if any? Thanks.

Hello @SSharon

Check the note 2689841 - MRF1: Price is not updated with split valuation

Hi Dominik,

thanks, but in my release, the note is not implementable.

Do you have other suggestions?
