Hi Noraldeen,

To clarify, are you using Business One? If not you don't have an option to create a single case.

To also clarify why CR needs a real printer for formatting, it is hardware and software dependent, meaning if the design printer is not on the PC where CR is running it defaults to the users Default printer, it may not be capable of having a margin to format the PDF output.

Try going into Page Setup and selecting a printer you have installed, don't use Windows Easy Printers, it must be a real printer.

See if that works for you.

Hi nouramayre,

Kindly refer to SAP KBA 1835763 and 3284785 for the same and verify whether those help.

Hope it helps!

Hi nouramayre,

In that case, I would ask you to create an incident for SAP Business One Support Team to get it investigated.

This is a known issue with PDF exports. There is a registry hack to prevent the issue. If you search for "PDF" in 2165260 - *** Master KBA *** List of Registry Keys used in Crystal Reports, Crystal Reports for Visu..., you'll find a number of registry keys that can be applied to help control PDF exports.

Do you have the print set up with or without a printer? I know that sounds like an odd question, but Crystal rendering is very dependent on the default printer that's assigned to a report.
