Field Equipment & Serial Number on Refurbishment Order (IW81)

Dear Sap Experts,

I have an issue with the Initial Screen of IW81. There are no Equipment & Serial Number fields, in my existing screen it just only the material field that displayed for input. How can I configure this to be the expected screen of my Pict 2?

Pict 1 is my existing screen of IW81, and Pict 2 is the To Be of IW81

Hafidz Ramadhitya,

Make sure that the order type you are entering is configured to show the equipment field (transaction OIOA, and field Screen RefObject).

Also check BADI IWO1_SCREEN_MODIFY (via SE18) to see if you have any active implementations that are hiding these fields.

But I believe that transaction OIOA is exceptional for Refurbishment using T-code IW81, because it was corrected automatically.

and I also checked those BADI, but i didn't see any hiding fields are implemented.

Sorry, its not clear from your last post if the order type settings in OIOA are correct??

In my system, the PM04 order type (for refurbishment) has the following settings - which is the same as value O100 (Functional location+equipment+assembly):

Yes, I had too also it contains value 0170 (Equipment + Serial No. + Material No.), Which I thought it was the requirement I need to Implement Serial Number & Equipment on IW81. But when I save that config, It contains an error with this explanation.

And I think it is because OIOA is just for the IW31 screen.

Remove the Screen Ref.Object value from OIOA and save.

Then retest IW81.

Check transaction SHD0 to see if a screen variant has been created for IW81.

Also, are you using Personas (a little "P" symbol in the top-right of your screen)?

I believe, In my SHD0, there isn't any screen variant created for IW81.

all of the business functions that are required based on this link https://help.sap.com/doc/f02e53c9927d4d8bbe000fbd6ca5c1e3/2.6/en-US/frameset.htm are installed. But still, it didn't display as well, those fields are required for me to get to know what materials that need to refurbish based on serial number or its equipment. do you have any solutions for these fields to be displayed?

and I'm not using personas since I am still on development in my dev server.
