FCLM_BAM_MAINT537 not available in SAP Area S4hana NWBC

Dear Expert,

In NWBC, Manage Bank Account, I woud like ti assign multiple house bank account to one central house bank. User need this because of in one House Bank, they have three Bank account number.

SAP suggest to change message control FCLM_BAM_MAINT537 from error message to warning message through spro-financial supply chain management -cash and liquidity management-bank account management-basic setting. But after check there was no FCLM_BAM_MAINT537 not available ion those area.
