FBU8 - Cross company document reversal control

Hi all

Cross company code document has been posted , FBU8 is used to reverse the cross company code document

however this will also allow to reverse individual company code document which is incorrect

how to control so that the user should not allow to reverse individual company code document

HI ,

Its really strange FBU8 doesn't allow to reverse any document which is not cross company code . FBU8 is only to reverse the single document. Individual company code document should be reversed by FB08 . FBU8  transaction has push buttom for mass reversal which takes you to F.80  Once you are on F.80  you can reverse the individual company transaction as   well Cross company code by choosing the cross-company code tab . If you do not want to process the Cross company code transaction please choose " do not process " .

Hi,

If the reversal for individual company code is happening via F.80 as showed by Preeti, then you can have authorization control and do not allow F.80 for your users to restrict individual company code reversal from FBU8.

Hi,

You can not control this on FBU8. you can either use enhancement in the program to control this or write some validation rule to control this...
