Dear SAP Support,
I cannot send incident to SAP to report the system error, SSR report is updated successfully. Before this year 2024, I manage to send incident to SAP without any problem. I know starting this year 2024, I need to confirm about Billing Information, but I could found where to confirm this Billing Information.
When I click Save and Send to SAP, it keep prompt a message Please Complete Missing details, An error has occurred, Please check your input!
I dont know what else input that I miss.
