FAGLB03 No Items selected MSITEM033 When one account is not having entries for that Period

Hi All,

In the Tcode FAGLB03 , while Executing this Transaction for multiple Accounts and Trying to look for the Individual postings for one Period by double clicking on that Period, The message MSITEM033 , No Items selected , comes.

I Assume The reason is , one of the Account is not having any Entries in that Period.

Is there a way to Change this Behaviour so that atleast the Entries of other Accounts in that Period which are existing are shown.

Please check if there are items for these GL Accounts in BESG and/or ACDOCA for the company code and fiscal year. Also check if the set up is as per below OSS Note:

Hi Sanil

Thank you for your quick response. We checked all of the resolution points of OSS Note 1600014, there was no solution which could solve the problem. Also we prooved if there were any entries in BSEG and ACDOCA. BSEG was empty but the records were in ACDOCA.

Balance display between FAGLB03 and FS10N and FBL3N are the same.

No changes in G/L Account master.

No value '/' in SKB1-XLGCLR

Is there anything else we could do?
