Factory Calendar for Maintenance

Dear Expert,

There is a requirement from my Client regarding Factory Calendar.

Production runs for 5 Days a week (Mon-Friday) but Maintenance runs 6 Days a week (Mon-Sat).

Maintenance Team wants system to generate Orders on Saturday as well from Maintenance Plans.

If a separate Factory Calendar (with 6 Working Days) is created for Maintenance, is there any potential impact on Production or PPDS?

Creating the factory calendar by itself will not cause any issues. I'd just create the calendar and assign it to the maintenance work centers,

Apart from Work Center, do we also require that in Maintenance Plan (Scheduling indicator- Factory Calender)?
