Hello,
We have an issue on the direct debit procedure that is currently holding us from collecting money from our customers.when we ran the DD processin F110 we get the error “Factory calendar EU is not valid for date 29.07.2012”
As per the initial analysis it has been found that the Factory Calendar is not maintained for the given date.
I have checked the EU Factory calendar which is maintained till 2010 only. But we checked that EU calendar is not assigned to any plant of our business. Can anyone please help me understand what is the link between factory calendar and the SEPA direct debits through F110 and from where system fetched the factory calendar EU in this transaction F110.
Thanks,
Lavanya

Hi Lavanya,
In OBBA we have assigned the calender along with house bank details. This is required to determine value date i.e. it considers only working days when it determines value date. If you have not assigned any thing then it will consider all days.

Hi Lavanya,
The EU factory calendar is used as the standard calendar. An alternative calendar can be used for each payment method and house bank/account ID via the value date rules for bank transactions (T012A/T012C).
