Facing problem in MRP Run

Hi Experts,

We are facing in AFS MRP run for few materials. All the summarized quantities are showing zero. That started to happen suddenly from yesterday.

Others MRP views are saved. And by using /N/AFS/MD04 (As we use AFS IS) it is not ok also

Dear Asad,

my ask to see the other master data in MRP Views and to have the result of MD04.

I know very well that you scenary is /AFS/MD04 but often to compare the standard stock/requirement list and

AFS /afs/md04 list is very useful.

What parameters do you use when run /AFS/MD04 ?

Could you try use this parameters in /AFS/MD02:

1 -3 - 1 -3  2

We have tried with options 1-3-1, 1-3-2 but no luck.

Hi Asad,

what elements should you have in stock/requirement list ? Could you run MD04 standard so that i can figure out what elements you should have in the AFS stock requirement list?

Is your scenary MTO flow? Because i saw EX as lot size strategy.

Thanks Daniele for your effort. It was a number range issue. We have solved it by increasing the PLAF number range interval as per note, 531599 .

Dear Asad,

could you check MRP type (i see that is null). This value shuold be PD.

Check also if this material is a dummy material (Procurement Type = E + Special procurement type 50)

could you save screen also others MRP Views in master data  (MRP2, MRP3, MRP4 ) and try to run MD04 standard in order to compare the situation?
