Dear Gurus,

I am facing a problem while getting F1 help assistance, i have checked my system settings via menu bar Help -> Settings -> F1 Help.

F1 help works fine with Model dialog box mode but does not work with Performance Assistant mode. It works fine for my other colleagues and also for me it works fine in Production server but it does not work in Quality server.

Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue.

Regards,

Joydeep..

Hi,

This might be due to SAP Library is missing or not been mapped.

So, Re- install the SAP GUI.

Hello,

You can try to restore SAP GUI default settings in SAP GUI Options - SAP Logon.

Regards.

Hi Joydeep,

You can try login in your colleague system and see whether this works for Quality system.

If it works, then try to re-install GUI, not sure whether this will works or not, since you are able to access production environment.

If it do not work, then some issue with your Quality client, check with basis.

Hi Peter,

May be this helps.

As of my understanding in support, clients Development / Quality / Production should sync. We normally identify the issues, if it occurs in Production, then we try to replicate in Quality. Since this is quality client, there are vital things might be a reason like client copy / GUI patches etc.

Also Rahul has quoted, his colleague is able to check F1 help, then i dont think this will be related to notes. SAP Notes issues will be applicable for all users, it cannot be related to single user.

Regards

Terence
