Hi All,

I want to clear the line items in F-03 as amount wise.

I have 200-300 items to clear but i can't find any option where i can clear at one shot.

I want to clear as amount wise which i have on my excel sheet.

Now the issue is SAP allows only 10-15 line items clear at one time

How can i copy my all line items and clear at one shot if i've to clear amount wise.

Please suggest.

Thanks !

Pratik,

Go to F-51, select document type SA. Enter document date and check choose open items.

Enter your GL account and check last flag in this screen left side: Automatic Search.

You can also add more selection fields as described in below video

Hi Marssel,

Pratik,

Do you know the amounts?

If yes then in F-03 under Additional Selection select the radio button Amount and press enter

It will give you screen where you can can enter amount, enter the amount and press enter till the time you have entered all line item. Once done then press Process Open Item

Yes, i knew the amount.

But in sap we can clear only 10-15 items per screen but i have 2000-3000 gl to clear.

It consume lot of time.

Is there any short to copy paste all the amount data and clear the GL.

Thanks,

Hello Pratik,

You would like to copy paste all the amounts to the possible entries in F-03, right?

From my perspective, i think the best way is to create an LSMW and read a file with the corresponding amounts. No need to do manual copy paste to F-03. As far as i know, there is no way to copy paste more amounts into the possible entries displayed at once.

Another way of course is to create an ABAP report and do the exact same thing - read data from a file and execute a batch to clear the G/L account.(too much effort i think for your case)

Kind regards,

Maria

Pratik,

There are no line item limit for f-03 clearing. You can Select and activate items beyond screen display. Hit button select all and hit activate items. Since your line items have zero balance, you will clear everything.

Hello Marssel,

I think Pratik's problem is not the item limit, is the limit when choosing to clear based on Amount option. Then there are a few possible entries and he would like to use at once this option for more Amounts.

Thanks Maria, there are an easier solution in this case,

go to FBL3N and display your multiple entries. Check F5 to select all and hit Mass change button, and enter a text in Assignment field as selection criteria for F-03. E.G: Clearing 03.11.2014.

Go to F-03 and call up Assigment field and enter your single selection criteria Clearing 03.11.2014 to fech all FBL3N entries.
