Hi,
We are on S4 Hana 2023, and I am unable to export more than 5000 records from any table. The table (for example is KNB1), has been restricted only to return Customer/Company Code/ Payment terms. When I run I get 96,364 records. My maximum number of hits is 239,234
Next -> Goto -> Export -> spreadsheet. File opens in Excel, but when I review, I only get 5000 records.
Can someone advise how I can change the maximum number of records to be exported please?
Thanks in advance
Jackie

Check below steps, if this works:
1. Log in to SAP system.
2. Open transaction code SE16N.
3. Enter table name and click "Display."
4. Click "Settings" in table display screen.
5. Select "User Parameters" from drop-down menu.
6. Search for "MAX_SEL" parameter.
7. Create "MAX_SEL" if not available.
8. Enter parameter and desired record limit.
9. Save changes.
After this, you should normally able to export more than 5000 records from SE16/SE16N.

As I know, by adjusting the "MAX_SEL" parameter value, you can increase the maximum exportable records in SE16/SE16N in S4 Hana 2023.
