Extracting more than 5000 records from SE16/SE16N.

Hi,

We are on S4 Hana 2023, and I am unable to export more than 5000 records from any table.  The table (for example is KNB1), has been restricted only to return Customer/Company Code/ Payment terms.  When I run I get 96,364 records.  My maximum number of hits is 239,234

Next -> Goto -> Export -> spreadsheet.  File opens in Excel, but when I review, I only get 5000 records.

Can someone advise how I can change the maximum number of records to be exported please?

As I know, by adjusting the "MAX_SEL" parameter value, you can increase the maximum exportable records in SE16/SE16N in S4 Hana 2023.

HI, Thank you for your reply. Where do I find this parameter value? I have looked in my PID's and it is not available. I can only see MAXSEL - which is for maximum number of messages.
