External and in-hous procurement

Hello,

I would like to setup the following process:

1. Buy finished good A

2. Execute one operation with finished good A, adding some costs. Material ID should be the same.

3. Sell it

So I have created BOM for "Material A" including "Material A" in the BOM as Recursive item. 

The process looks like:

1. Create ProdOrd for Material A. As result I receive OrderReserv for Material A ->>>it is ok.

2. Run MRP. As a result PlanOrd is created to cover the OrderReservation ->>> The system behavior is clear. But my requirement in this step is: to receive PurchRequisition instead of Planned order.

One option which I already have is to use Non-stock item in the BOM. In this case PurchReq is created. But the problem is that when execute Prod. order confirmation (CO11N), it is not possible automatically   backflash it, since it is Non-stock item.
