Extension field extension scenario in S4 Public Cloud

Hi Experts ,

Can anyone help me with the Extension field extension scenario in S4 Public Cloud .

which means I want to create extension fields on Material Master and extend it to purchase and sales orders.

I know about "Custom Field" app and tried the possibility there. In that I didn't find the business context to support my requirement.

Do someone have the similar requirement or solution from past ?

For extending the sales documents you already got some response from the community.

I suppose you may want to learn where to find the business context on your own. I'd go with the APIs of the business process. You'd find the business processes in the Process Navigator - SAP for Me, e.g. for purchasing you might want to look up scope item J45, 

Among the accelerators you'd have the test script which shows which master data you might need, like product (a.k.a. material master). Further down in the description you'd see managing purchase orders among the key process flows. Thus, you might deduct the purchase order as one of the relevant business objects. 

In the SAP Business Accelerator Hub you can then look up by product 'S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition', APIs, All, search for 'Purchase Order', select the latest active OData API, here OData V4 API 'Purchase Order' Create Update Delete. On the Overview page of the API navigate to Extensibility tab. There you will find the Business Context for both header and items.
