Extensibility options for Adobe Livecycle Designer in Business ByDesign

Hi,

We have some complex requirements to address in our invoice forms on Business ByDesign and I would like to know if any of the following extensibility patterns are available:

• Adding segments to the data structure? We know it is possible to add individual fields in existing segments, but we have some requirements which need additional 1-n relations. If we could, we can fill data through the CustomerInvoiceEnhanceFormData badi.
• Use XSLT transformations on the input data? If this is possible, can you also tell which XSLT engine is running on the backend side (so we know which XSLT capabilities are in place)? In particular, we are considering an approach where we push the additional data as xml through a text field - but then it requires a XSLT engine which can do "parse()" actions to get it into the actual data structure.
• Call SOAP services from the form renderer. Adobe Livecycle Designer supports this in general, but the attempts we have made so far does not seem to actually trigger any requests?

Also, considering Adobe Livecycle Designer is a discontinued product, I am wondering what SAP's plans are to replace it?

ALD and SAP have an agreement and the ALD we provide is supported and so far there are no plans to replace it.
