Dear Community,
We are currently facing the issue to print the reference document number on the balance confirmation letter.
On item level, unfortunately only the accounting document can be printed which doesn't help the customer (Balance Confirmation related to Accounts Receivable) to identify the balances.
We would much appreciate to add the predecessor document to the print out.
In the sap standard form template there is no such information available.
Therefore I would like to ask whether there is an option to extend the sap standard for this scenario.
I did not find any BADi which might help.
I am really looking forward to receiving an answer.
Thanks in advance.
Hans

Hello Edmin,
Unfortunately this doesn't help me out.
I am looking for form extensibility in regards to the balance confirmation form template.
For other areas extensibility is possible, for example the dunning form.
There a Badi is available which give the option to enrich the form interface by adding custom fields.
Is there something similar for the balance confirmation sheet?
Kind regards
Hans
