Exchange Rate for Credit Memo

Hi,

In November, there was an invoice verification posted and we had an amount of EUR 3,900 and USD 5,756.79. The exchange rate was used was 1.4761

In December, we received a credit memo from the vendor and when we post EUR 3,900, the exchange rate was 1.4750, resulting in a USD equivalent of 5,752.50.

This causes a difference of USD 4.29 although there is no difference in EUR.

Is it possible to "fixed" the same rate of 1.4761 when posting the credit memo, so that there will not be any exchange rate difference for USD ? If yes, how do I do that ?

Thanks and regards,

Leslie

Post credit memo with above price.& clear the invoice.

you post the document in foreign currency with actual excange rate which is send by Vendor .Before you maintain configration foreign Exchange rate diff.

so exchane rate diff post to gl account.
