Hello Expert,
As we are well aware Exchange rate is determined based on pricing date in sales order and normally our pricing date is equal to the Sales order creation date, BUT I want Exchange rate date determination base on Billing date in the Sales Order. the further system should follow the same (copy from sales order) while creating the Billing documents.
problem is that we need to follow this rule only for one sales organization for remaining sales org we will be following sale rule for ROE is based on the pricing date.
I understand we can achieve the Exchange Rate based on Billing date in Billing doc via Copy control settings BUT how to achieve it in Sales Order???
Pricing Exhange Rate Type (V_TVCPFLP-PFKUR) [T-code: VTFL/ VTFA]
A Copy from sales order
B Price exchange rate = Accouting rate
C Exchange rate determination according to billing date
D Exchange rate determination according to pricing date
E Exchange rate determination according to current date
F Exch.rate determination according to date of services render
If suppose Billing date is in future (in our most of cases Billing date is current or past) if manually change the billing date in Future then only system should consider Exchange Rate date as pricing date in sales order.
Thanks
