EWM Posting IM 261 per Handling unit

Hi:

We are implementing a delivery base production order process. We pack what we have in inventory into a handling unit and often times we dont have all the parts but we close out the operation and move on to another operation.

what we were able to pick we perform a 261 movement time but again we don't have all the components. When we execute MIGO_GI 261 the list of all the parts for the order is displayed, I know we can unselect the ones we did not issue however is there a way to perform a 261 for the handling unit that was created on the above step?
