Hello,

We are having some issues with applications related with closing procedures in S/4HANA Cloud Professional Services.

This issue is related with the app  Event-Based Revenue Recognition - F2129, where we cannot see the revenues of projects in the report:

As you  can see in the image, recognized cost is available in the report, but no planned, actual nor recognized revenue is visible.

If we access the detailed information:

As you can see in the image, costs are shown, but revenues are not. If we click on 'Explain simulation', revenues are taken into acocunt:

Is there a needed configuration for this report to show revenue data?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Anna

Hi anarodriguez ,

Thank you for the detailed explanation. Seems like your configuration for which accounts are taken into during revenue recognition processing is accurate as the GL accounts are being picked up in your run (reference SSCUI is 102530).

The reason why you are not seeing the corresponding amounts in the app 'Event-Based Revenue Recognition' may be due to some missing mapping of semantic tags (reference SSCUI 102659).

Below is a helpful guide to grasping the concept.

Hope this information helps,

Thank you,

Feras

Thank you so much for such a quick response.

We will Analyze both SSCUI configuration steps mentioned and will let you know if we can manage to fix the issue.

Thanks again.

Hi anarodriguez ,

Did you manage to resole the issue?

Seems like I have the exact same problem.

ferasbasha3 I can't open your link to review the semantic tags.

Is there any other way to access the content?

Kind regards
