Dear colleagues,
We are implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public and have some customer projects managed with revenue recognition key SPTM (Time & Expenses) and COSPTM as assignment rule.
However, when we post expenses to these projects (e.g. with transaction RKU1), the system does not trigger the corresponding event-based revenue recognition posting.
We have checked that the GL accounts are included in YBPS_E000, and also that this cost element group is included in the sources YE0 and YS0.
Could you please help us with this issue?
