eTransport Romania is a quite recent legal requirement and we are searching for other users/companies that are facing this challenge of implementing the process in their ERP. Is there any discussion forum on this legal requirement?
In particular, we have the problem that due to the new process we cannot book a goods issue before we get the authorization from ANAF to deliver the goods; but also we have to transmit to ANAF the total value of the delivery, and we only know this value upon invoice creation. The invoice, however, cannot be created before the goods issue.
If anyone has thoughts on this, thanks for helping out.
